Chef seeking for yacht

✔️PMR Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Chef (male or female) to join a 37m sailing yacht operating a busy private and charter programme.
The yacht has a fantastic team of six and is heading to the Caribbean for an extremely busy winter season, with eight private and charter trips already booked. The owners have exceptionally high standards, so we are looking for a talented, organised and proactive chef who can consistently deliver high-quality cuisine in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
The position is to start ASAP in Savannah while the yacht completes a short yard period, before heading to the Caribbean for winter. For summer 2027, the yacht is planning to cruise the UK, Ireland, Scotland and parts of the Baltic.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a yacht chef, ideally within private and charter programmes.
• Strong culinary skills and the ability to cater to high-end guests.
• Ability to manage a busy, back-to-back schedule while maintaining consistently high standards.
• A valid B1/B2 visa must already be held and in hand.
