Bosun seeking for yacht

Seven Seas Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Bosun to join a 75m+ new-build Lürssen private motor yacht from 1st November.
The yacht is currently world-cruising and offers a varied operational environment with opportunities to develop both deck and bridge experience. The position is rotational, with 3 months on and 1 month off, and offers a competitive salary depending on experience, flights and an annual training allowance of up to $2,000 following probation.
The role is approximately 80% deck-based and 20% administrative. Responsibilities include assisting with the daily organisation and supervision of the deck department, working closely with senior officers, overseeing maintenance and painting, coordinating the deck team and supporting daily operations. The Bosun will also be required to relieve the Third Officer when necessary.
Candidates must hold a valid OOW 3000 ticket and have previous Bosun or senior deck experience. Strong deck maintenance, painting, leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential. Experience or a genuine interest in fishing, diving and water sports would be a great advantage.
