✔️Sailing Match is hiring Captain for a 43-meter Sailing Yacht!

We are searching for an experienced Captain to join a 43m sailing yacht, which is in refit in Italy under new ownership. The start date is ASAP. We are looking for a true sailor and a natural leader. The owner wants a Captain who can build and lead a brand-new crew and who genuinely shares the values behind the program: nature, wellbeing and regenerative travel. This is not a classic charter yacht. Guests come aboard for retreats, yoga, nature activities and meaningful experiences in remote places. The program begins with a Mediterranean season from May. That is followed by an ocean crossing to Brazil, then Costa Rica and Amazon River cruising, before returning to the Med. It’s a rare chance to shape a yacht’s culture and program from day one as founding Captain. Requirements: • Minimum Master 500 GT. • Proven experience as Captain on sailing yachts over 35m , no motor yacht captains please • Strong personal sailing background (a genuine sailor is essential). • Refit or shipyard experience. • Ocean crossing experience preferred. • Strong leadership and crew-building skills. • Open-minded and aligned with nature, wellbeing and retreat-style hospitality. • Available to join ASAP.
