Vessel Details:
• A 44m private and charter motor yacht is currently recruiting for a temporary Third Stewardess to join the vessel ASAP in Florida!
• The yacht operates a predominantly private programme with occasional charters, cruising between Florida and the Mediterranean.
• The position is initially offered on a two-month temporary contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate, depending on the yacht’s requirements.
• This is a good opportunity for a Stewardess to gain further experience onboard an established yacht, with the potential to secure a longer-term position.

Position Overview:
• The successful candidate will support the interior department with the daily running of the yacht, assisting with housekeeping, laundry, guest service and general interior duties.
• Responsibilities will include maintaining guest and crew areas, preparing the yacht for upcoming trips and assisting the wider interior team wherever required.
• The yacht is looking for someone who is hands-on, adaptable and happy to get involved, with a positive attitude and the ability to settle quickly into an established crew.
• Although initially temporary, the position may offer longer-term opportunities for someone who demonstrates a strong work ethic and fits well within the team.

Requirements:
• Previous experience onboard motor yachts is preferred, alongside a good understanding of general interior duties and guest-facing standards.
• Candidates should be confident assisting with housekeeping, laundry and service, with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• A professional, personable and team-oriented attitude is important, particularly given the immediate start date.
• Candidates currently based in or near the US would be preferred for logistical reasons, although applications from elsewhere will be considered.
• A valid B1/B2 visa must be in hand.
• Salary: Competitive, DOE.
• Contract: Two months temporary, with potential to become permanent.
• Joining location: Florida, USA.
• Start date: ASAP.
