Looking for a reliable, hands-on Mate with engineering skills to join our team on a 108’ motor yacht. This is a NE Summer, Florida/Bahamas/Caribbean Winter program with a busy schedule, so you’ll be a great leader, energetic, confident on deck, competent with maintenance, and easy to work with.
Responsibilities:
Deck operations: mooring, anchoring, washdowns, maintenance
Driving and maintaining tenders
Assist with passage planning and safety checks
Engine room duties (filters, fluids, basic checks)
Keep logs updated and equipment in good shape
Who We’re Looking For:
YM Offshore or USCG 100–200 GRT
5+ years yachting experience
AEC preferred or engineering experience
Fluent in English
STCW, ENG1, B1 Visa in hand
Confident and polite
Non-smoker/vaper, easygoing, and drama-free
