Job Description
✔️Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:
• Title: 2 x STEW/HAIRDRESSERS for an 85m+ private and charter motor yacht.
• Employment Type: Rotational (3:1).
• Salary: Great salary per month (EURO).
• Location: Mediterranean.
Vessel Details:
• An 85m+ private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking two Stewardess/Hairdressers to join the interior team on a 3:1 rotational program.
• The yacht operates a busy dual-season itinerary, cruising the Mediterranean throughout the summer with a mix of owner usage and charter activity, with two charters already booked and more expected.
• During the winter months the vessel typically operates in the UAE, although there is potential for a US or Caribbean crossing depending on future plans, making a B1/B2 visa beneficial but not essential. Both roles offer a great salary per month on rotation with charter tips shared equally across the crew.
Role Overview:
• This is a unique opportunity for crew with strong hairdressing experience to join the interior team on a large, well-run program. The position is structured as approximately 80% housekeeping and 20% hairdressing duties, supporting both the interior department and guests when required.
• The yacht is looking for energetic and sociable crew members who can integrate well into a large team environment while maintaining high housekeeping standards and providing professional hairdressing services for guests when needed.
• The role would suit someone motivated, hardworking, and comfortable working within a busy charter environment.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have strong professional hairdressing experience.
• Professional presentation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
• B1/B2 preferred but not a requirement for this role.
• Non-visible tattoos preferred, although small tattoos may be acceptable.
• Start date: 1st of May (TBC)
