2nd Stewardess – PRIVATE SAILING YACHT

PMR Recruitment is currently searching for a 2nd Stewardess to join a beautiful private sailing yacht.
Position: 2nd Stewardess
Salary: €3,000 – €4,000 per month (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a motivated and professional 2nd Stewardess to join an interior team of two. The successful candidate should have at least a couple of seasons of yachting experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently when required.
As part of a small interior team, we are looking for someone mature, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Itinerary:
• Summer 2026 – USA East Coast, including Martha’s Vineyard
• Short haul-out period in Newport during September/October
• Caribbean season from November onwards
• Europe planned for Summer 2027
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 seasons’ yachting experience
• Strong housekeeping and service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a small team
• Professional and positive attitude
• B1/B2 Visa in hand
• Available to start ASAP
