- Minimum 25m and above yacht captain experience
- Valid Yacht Captain / Commercial Yacht Captain certificate
- STCW 95 (Basic Safety), seafarer health certificate
- Fluent English (guest and port communication)
- Knowledge of boat systems, machinery, electricity, hydraulics, and generator
