Captain & Deck/Stewardess – 24m Private M/Y

Start: ASAP – ideally within the next few days
Contract: Seasonal until the end of September, with the possibility to extend
Location: Currently in Palma for July, followed by Mediterranean cruising (Italy & Greece)

We are looking for an experienced Captain and Deck/Stewardess to join immediately and hit the ground running on a private, family-oriented 24m motor yacht. Applications are welcome from both couples and individual candidates.
The Captain must hold a Yachtmaster Offshore and have proven experience in a similar position. Strong navigation and engineering knowledge are essential, along with the ability to confidently manage all aspects of the vessel’s operation, maintenance, and guest experience.
The Deck/Stewardess should have a minimum of 1–2 years’ yachting experience with strong interior skills, while also being confident assisting on deck with anchoring, line handling, and mooring operations. The role also includes very light cooking.
