Requirements:
-Previous experience as Captain on similar-sized motor yachts
-At least 1 season as Captain
-Valid Yachtmaster Offshore, Master 200GT or higher
-Strong navigation, boat handling and crew management skills
-Experience with private and charter operations preferred
-Good engineering and maintenance knowledge
-Excellent English communication skills
-STCW, ENG1 and all certificates up to date
-EU passport or Schengen eligibility preferred
