• Time-for-time rotation offered (8/8 or 10/10), with a competitive salary per month plus equal split of charter tips across the crew.”

• This is a Chief Stew position overseeing a well-structured interior department on a dual-season private and charter program.
• Charter experience is essential, as the yacht runs a busy summer schedule balanced with owner usage when not on charter.
• The role would also suit a strong Head of Service ready to step up into a Chief Stewardess position within a supportive rotational framework.”

• Preferably no visible or prominent tattoos.
• You must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand to be considered.
