Job Description
✔️CHIEF STEWARDESS WANTED – 50M+ SAILING YACHT
We’re searching for a motivated, hands-on Chief Stewardess to join a private 50m+ sailing yacht. This position is open to an experienced 2nd Stewardess ready to step up, as well as established Chief Stews.
You’ll lead a small interior team and work closely with a welcoming family who value professionalism, hard work, and consistency. The role suits someone who enjoys creating a calm, well-run interior and wants to be part of a world-cruising program with a fun crew who prioritise a healthy work-life balance and a strong culture of professional growth.
• Own cabin
• Above-industry salary & holiday package (DOE)
• Private program, no charter
• Non-rotational
• Med season followed by a world-cruising program
