A beautifully rebuilt 47m Perini Navi ketch sailing yacht is currently seeking a Chief Stewardess to join the crew for a permanent position based in Italy.
The yacht has recently completed an extensive 3.5-year rebuild and is preparing for a busy Mediterranean season combining charters, boat shows and owner usage.
The yacht operates with a crew of eight and accommodates up to 10 – 12 guests onboard, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded sailing yacht entering an exciting new phase with a great ownership and crew dynamic already established onboard.
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on Chief Stewardess role leading a small interior team consisting of a Chief Stew, Second Stewardess, and Deck/Stew onboard an active private and charter sailing program.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the interior operation including service, housekeeping, inventories, guest experience, and interior organisation while maintaining high standards throughout busy guest periods and events.
The role would suit someone polished, organised, and confident running an interior department while still enjoying being actively involved in the day-to-day operation onboard.
Requirements:
Applicants should have previous experience working as a Chief Stewardess, ideally with at least one year already spent in a Chief role onboard similar vessels.
Large sailing yacht experience is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of both private and charter operations.
The package includes approximately 41 days leave per year with an excellent salary per month depending on experience.
Start date expected mid-June, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
