Chief Stewardess seeking for yacht

A 38m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join its worldwide programme. The successful candidate will oversee all interior operations and deliver a consistently high standard of service to the owner and guests. During guest trips, they will lead and train a Second Stewardess; when guests are not onboard, they will operate as Sole Stewardess and independently maintain the interior.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about hospitality. Strong service skills are essential, including food and wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, table settings and the ability to anticipate guest preferences. The role also includes housekeeping, laundry, inventories, provisioning and close coordination with the galley and wider crew.

Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in a similar position aboard yachts of a comparable size, ideally with previous leadership experience.

STCW, ENG1 and Food Hygiene Level 2 required
One return flight home per year
