Chief Stewardess seeking for yacht

✔️Chief Stewardess – 36m Commercial Motor Yacht
G-YACHTS is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 36-meter commercial motor yacht, expected to be based in Monaco from June / early July.
Immediate availability required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Certificates
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• STCW refresher certificates, if applicable
• ENG1 medical certificate
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Food Safety / Hygiene Level 2
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Wine service, silver service or interior management training would be a strong advantage
The Ideal Candidate
• Solid experience as Chief Stewardess on 30m+ yachts
• Proven background on commercial or private yachts with high service standards
• Strong leadership experience managing and structuring an interior team
• Excellent knowledge of formal service, guest care, housekeeping and laundry standards
• Confident with inventories, provisioning, budgeting and interior administration
• Discreet, composed and confident in demanding guest-facing environments
Profile
We are seeking a structured and refined professional capable of managing the interior department with autonomy, precision and high standards.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• Strong leadership with a calm and professional approach
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to maintain and elevate service standards when required
Fluent English and French required.
Italian would be a strong advantage.
