Crew Chef – 50m+ Private Motor Yacht for Mediterranean Program

We are currently seeking a Crew Chef to join a 50m+ Private Motor Yacht. Start: ASAP Location: Eastern Mediterranean. Program: Mediterranean for the summer. Winter berth in the Med. Position Type: Permanent. Requirements: • Open to a chef that is newish to the industry and culinary trained. • The ideal candidate will be comfortable and happy to cook for different diets, vegetarian and vegan food. You should be confident with pastry and bread. • Fluent in English • Non-smoker • Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders. Additional Info: • You will work closely with the head chef who has been with programme for years. • Responsible for cooking for 21 crew daily and in busy times you will assist the head chef and sous chef with guest food. • 11 crew onboard, 21 within the fleet (mixed nationalities). • Salary DOE • Standard MLC SEA.
