Deck/Stew for Private 46M Sailing Yacht

✔️Abeam crew are hiring a deck/stew for a Private 46M sailing yacht (female DTCA).
A minimum of two seasons experience at sea and previous hospitality experience.
Sailing yacht experience is beneficial or an interest in learning.
Capable in high-end service, housekeeping and laundry.
Interdepartmental cooperation a must.
We need an adaptable individual that is confident and professional when dealing closely with very sociable guests.
Ability to be proactive and use your own initiative. Some deck knowledge and experience beneficial.
Fully interior when guests are onboard and 50 interior/50 deck without guests.
Minimal visible tattoos and piercings, non-smoker.
Full valid driving license, STCW and ENG1.
Must be in a position to join the boat in Europe shortly.
English speaking.
Itinerary: Summer 2026 Med and beyond after.
