Deck/ Stew Needed for 39m Motor Yacht

DECK/STEW NEEDED – 39M MOTOR YACHT We are currently seeking an experienced Deck/Stew(ard) for a 39m Cayman Islands–flagged motor yacht, with an immediate start available. Position Details: • Start Date: ASAP • Position: Deck/Stew – Non-Rotational Role • Salary: DOE Vessel & Operation: • 39m Motor Yacht • Cayman Islands Flag • Northeast US this summer, followed by Caribbean/Bahamas cruising • Private use only – no charter • Well-maintained vessel Role Overview: The successful candidate will divide their time between deck and interior duties, supporting both departments as required. The role will include exterior maintenance, washdowns, tender operations, line handling and general deck duties, alongside housekeeping, laundry, service and guest assistance. This is a full-time, non-rotational position. Candidate Requirements: • Previous Deck/Stew experience on a similar-sized motor yacht preferred • Valid STCW and ENG1 • Confident assisting with both deck and interior duties • Experience with washdowns, exterior maintenance and line handling • Tender-driving experience beneficial • Strong housekeeping, laundry and service skills • Professional appearance and high standards of presentation • Hard-working, organised and able to take direction • Ability to integrate seamlessly with the existing crew and maintain a positive onboard dynamic • Non-smoker To Apply: Please forward CVs and professional references to: 📩 H***@***.com Good luck ☘️
