Deckhand/Mate and Stew/Deck positions available on a 39m Sailing Yacht

Looking for long-term crew, but also open to temporary candidates available immediately.
DECKHAND / MATE
Required:
• Yachtmaster Offshore
• ENG1
• STCW
Experience is less important than attitude. I am looking for someone who is:
• Hardworking
• Motivated to work at a high standard
• Proactive
• Takes pride in their work
The right person will be trained and given increasing responsibility, to develop into a strong Mate.
STEW / DECK
Guest onboard: 99% Stew
Guests off: 30% Stew / 70% Deck
Required:
• STCW
• ENG1
• Food Hygiene
Preferred any of the additional:
• Powerboat Level 2 or RYA Day skipper
• Yacht Rating
No deck experience necessary — but you must be willing to learn deck basics.
