Job Description
✔️Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following positions:
• Title: DECKHANDS for a 110m private motor yacht.
• Employment Type: Rotational & Temporary roles.
• Salary: Industry-standard salary on offer (in EURO).
• Location: Med.
Vessel Details:
• A 110m private motor yacht is currently recruiting for experienced Deckhands, with both a permanent position and a three-month temporary contract available.
• The yacht is currently operating a Mediterranean cruising programme and is looking to secure someone as soon as possible, or within the next month at the latest.
• This is a large, established private programme and would be particularly well suited to crew who already have experience working within a sizeable deck department and understands the structure and standards expected onboard a yacht of this scale.
Position Overview:
• For the permanent position, the yacht is looking for a Deckhand with at least two years of yachting experience, including experience onboard at least one yacht of 90m+.
• The temporary position can consider candidates with a minimum of one year’s yachting experience, although previous experience onboard yachts of 90m+ would be strongly preferred.
• Candidates should be professional and presentable, comfortable working as part of a large deck team and able to arrive with strong references from previous vessels.
• There are strong packages for both positions, including approximately 120 days of annual leave for the permanent role, normally structured around a 4:2 rotation, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves within a large private programme for the longer term.
Requirements:
• For both roles, you must hold all basic certifications in hand as well as a Schengen visa/European passport to be considered.
• No visible tattoos, and non-smokers are preferred.
• You must have fantastic references from past vessels and be looking to give good longevity in your next role.
• Both roles offer fantastic packages, including great salaries for both roles, full medical insurance, return flights, and 120 days’ leave for the permanent role.
• Start date: ASAP, or within the next month at the latest.
