Couples (preferred) or Single Position – Engineer/Mate & Stew
We are seeking an experienced Engineer/Mate for a 24m sailing catamaran based in France for the upcoming summer season in the Med. This position could become permanent for the right person.
The ideal candidate will possess a MINIMUM of one year of experience on a similar-sized yacht, demonstrating both sailing and engineering skills.
Sorry, no green crew can be accepted.
Responsibilities will include maintaining the vessel’s mechanical/electrical systems, managing safety protocols, and assisting with navigation and sailing operations.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of sailing practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, as you will be part of a small team.
Must be based in Europe to be considered
