Engineer / Mate seeking for yacht

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineer / Mate to join a busy 37m charter yacht based in South Florida, with charters throughout the Caribbean and a dual-season itinerary.
This is an extremely active charter program with a fast pace and high standards. You’ll lead the deck team, keep the yacht guest-ready, and jump into the engine room whenever needed.
Everyone helps everywhere, so we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and is just as willing to lend a hand outside their department.
The right person is a capable all-rounder with solid deck leadership skills, practical engineering experience, and the energy to keep up with back-to-back charters. You should be fit, enjoy an active lifestyle, and genuinely like being part of a close-knit team.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE YACHTMASTER & AEC 1 & 2 MINIMUM
Experience leading deck operations on a busy yacht
Hands-on engineering skills and confidence assisting in the engine room
Strong tender handling, guest operations, and watersports experience
A calm, positive attitude when the schedule gets demanding
Relevant certificates and ability to travel for a dual-season program
