Job Description
HIRING – EXPERIENCED DECKHAND
Location: Spain
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Winter Season 2026/2027, with the possibility of extension into Summer 2027.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Deckhand to join our yacht crew.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Deckhand on board yachts.
Good command of English.
Valid STCW and ENG1 (or equivalent).
Experience in docking, mooring, anchoring, and line handling.
Strong knowledge of yacht exterior maintenance, including washing, polishing, and teak care.
Familiarity with tenders, deck equipment, and water sports equipment.
Good understanding of onboard safety procedures.
Professional attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
Available to join ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Daily exterior cleaning and maintenance.
Assisting with docking, mooring, and anchoring operations.
Maintaining deck equipment and exterior areas to high standards.
Supporting the Captain and senior crew with daily operations.
Assisting with tender operations when required.
