EXPERIENCED DECKHAND WANTED – PRIVATE / DUAL SEASON
Cayman Islands flag | Fort Lauderdale-based yacht
We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join our private yacht for the upcoming Mediterranean season, as part of a dual-season program.
• Salary: USD $4,000/month
• Leave: approximately 40 days
• Start date: Around October 2026
• Flag: Cayman Islands
• Base: Fort Lauderdale
• Deck team: 3 crew
• Program: Laid-back couple with two dogs
• Open to male and female candidates
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be eligible to work in the Mediterranean/Schengen area — European passport or appropriate visa/work authorization required
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good maintenance skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a small team. They must also understand and respect the chain of command and hierarchy on board.
Private yacht experience preferred. STCW and relevant documents must be current.
