Head Chef with 15 years of experience in the F&B industry, currently seeking a Yacht Chef / Sous Chef position.
🔹 Experience:
Freelance Yacht Chef – M/Y White Rabbit (84M), Singapore.
Head Chef & Senior Sous Chef in Singapore restaurants.
Strong background in French, Japanese & Asian cuisine.
Experienced in crew meals, guest fine dining, menu development & bakery (bread & desserts).
🔹 Certifications:
STCW 2010
ENG1 (Valid)
🔹 Strengths:
High-end guest dining & plating
Efficient galley operations
Team leadership & training
Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
🔹 Location:
Currently based in Singapore, available to join immediately.
