Location: Viareggio, Italy

Vessel Details: 47m Motor Explorer Yacht, 10 crew, Chinese owner. Itinerary includes Arctic and Pacific crossings, the Caribbean and Brazil.
Responsibilities: Prepare refined owner cuisine and hearty crew meals. Manage provisioning and deliver varied international menus, including Asian, Chinese, South American and Mediterranean cuisine.
Requirements: Female candidate with proven Chef experience on 40m+ yachts. Experience with ocean crossings and polar cruising. Fluent English, strong Asian/Chinese and South American culinary skills, and excellent provisioning knowledge.
