First Mate

Hello Sailor are looking for a First Mate
41M PRIVATE MODERN CLASSIC SCHOONER.
Start Date & Location: In the next few weeks, Spain
Itinerary: Finishing off the last few months of a massive refit in Spain, with a possible owner’s trip this summer and a berth in Vilanova over winter. Upcoming itinerary will be Med/Caribbean, with possible regatta participation and charters.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Minimum Yachtmaster Ocean
Skills:
Strong sailing abilities
Excellent deck operations, tender driving and navigational skills
Passionate sailor
Experience:
At least 3 years on sailing yachts
Racing, modern classic, classic yacht and/or schooner experience advantageous
Sailing background preferred
Several years working as bosun or mate on similar yachts
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This amazing newly refitted modern classic sailing yacht is seeking an experienced First Mate to join the crew of 6. The ideal candidate will be a passionate sailor with several years under their belt working as bosun or mate on a similar yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting program and work under a very experienced captain.
