{“✔️Sailing Match is hiring! We’re looking for a First Mate and a Stew-Cook couple to join a beautiful sailing yacht currently based in Spain.
a couple is ideal but strong individual candidates are very welcome too. The programme heads to Greece for the summer, then across to Antigua in November, so if you’re after a great boat, a proper season and a transatlantic, this could be the one.
FIRST MATE
The boat is a serious performance sailing yacht and needs someone who knows their way around a yacht of this size. We’re looking for a minimum of 2 year’s experience on boats of 80ft+, solid deck skills and ocean miles.
Must be comfortable going up the rig. Good mechanical skills are a real plus. Relaxed personality a must; the owner and captain are both British and the vibe on board is friendly and easy going.

STEW-COOK
No need to be a trained chef, the owner loves food and the style is relaxed home cooking done really well. Fresh salads, good dinners, a happy galley.
min. 1 year stew-cook experience on yachts required. Sailing experience a plus. Warm personality and great English essential.
