Job Description
Seeking a capable, hands-on Mate with strong sailing skills and experience aboard performance sailing yacht.
The role includes sail handling and trimming, watchkeeping, passage preparation, deck maintenance and tender operations. You will work closely with the Captain to keep the yacht well maintained and ready for an active sailing program.
The ideal candidate will be confident with deck hardware and sailing systems, take pride in presentation and maintenance, and bring a proactive, practical approach. Engineering knowledge would be an advantage.
Itinerary: • Winter 2026/27: Palma • Summer 2027: Scandinavia • Winter 2027/28: Caribbean
Full-time position. Valid STCW and ENG1 required, with Yachtmaster Offshore preferred.
