• An industry-respected 65m private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join the vessel on a permanent contract.
• Currently cruising the Mediterranean, the yacht operates an exciting dual-season cruising programme, balancing both private use with charters.
• With both an owner’s trip and a charter scheduled over the coming weeks, this is an excellent opportunity for a Chef who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
• The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the galley, creating exceptional cuisine for both owners and charter guests while overseeing all aspects of provisioning, menu planning, budgeting, hygiene, and day-to-day galley operations.
• This role requires someone who is highly organised, creative, and capable of consistently delivering an outstanding culinary experience, whether catering for owner trips or charter guests.
• Being mid-season, you must be ready to hit the ground running for this role!
Requirements:
• Candidates should have previous experience working as a Head Chef onboard similar-sized motor yachts, ideally within both private and charter programmes.
• A strong repertoire across a variety of cuisines, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
