Job Description
🔹 Manage a team of 5 service stews
🔹 Permanent position | Start: ASAP
🔹 Salary: €6,200/month
Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years in yachting, 2+ years as HOS on 100m+
Strong leadership & training skills Solid service knowledge (incl. wine & cocktails)
Team player with excellent organization & attention to detail
Must have: STCW, Seamans Book, ENG1, Security Duties, Crowd & Crisis Mgmt, Food Hygiene L2
