Lead Deckhand seeking for yacht

Hello Sailor are looking for a Lead Deckhand for a prestigious 65M+ dual season mostly private S/Y. ASAP start in Spain. Med/Caribbean itinerary with a busy schedule of owner trips and very occasional charter.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum YMOS required
* Diving qualifications beneficial
* Dinghy/watersports instructor qualifications beneficial
* Skills: Some sailing experience, Strong diving skills, Organised and hardworking, Excellent attention to detail, Dynamic personality, Can take ownership of role
Experience: Minimum 1 year yachting experience, 50m+ yacht experience ideal, Strong diving or sailing background preferred
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This luxurious dual season sailing yacht is seeking a keen and dynamic lead deckhand to join the crew of 11 and work with the bosun, chief officer and junior deckhand on deck. The ideal candidate will have existing industry experience, including S/Ys, and strong diving skills.
