Luxury Chalet in the French Alps seeking for positions: Chalet Manager, Chef, Host/Driver

LUXURY CHALET IN THE FRENCH ALPS LOOKING FOR:
CHALET MANAGER-
Responsible for the day to day running of the chalet. It is a diverse and challenging, hands on role, which gives you overall responsibility for each member of the chalet team and the success of the guests’ stay.
Must have:
• A minimum 5 years experience working in a luxury Ski Chalet holding a position of responsibility
• Minimum 2 years experience driving minibuses to transport guests in a Ski Resort
• Complete fluency in English and a very good grasp of French – you will be expected to deal with french suppliers regularly and therefore would need to have the confidence to do this.
CHEF-
To be responsible for providing a high standard of meals and create a welcoming and customer centric environment in the chalet.
Must have:
• Clean driving licence
• Fluent in English
• Experience working in a Chalet/Yacht/Private household
• Chef qualification and experience working in a 2AA rosette (or above) restaurant
• Experience of working front of house / directly with customers
• Excellent timekeeping
HOST/DRIVER-
To assist with the organisation and running of the resort, look after and care for the guests ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Must have:
• Experience working in Chalet/Yacht/Private household
• Fluent in English
• Cooking experience – not necessity but advantageous
• Experience of property maintenance and basic DIY – not necessity but advantageous
• Good attention to detail
• Hard working and very flexible
• Excellent time-keeping skills
• Clean driving licence
• Experience driving a minibus or van (Ideally experience driving clients/guests)
