Job Description
Seeking an experienced Mate and keen sailor with a strong background on high-performance sailing yachts. Previous experience running the deck as Mate is essential.
Itinerary: Canaries → Antigua → Miami and the US East Coast in 2027.
The role includes managing daily deck operations and maintenance, sail handling, watchkeeping, passage preparation, docking, anchoring and tender operations. You should be confident taking responsibility for the deck and working closely with the Captain.
Start: Early November in the Canaries, or mid-to-late November in Antigua.
Salary: DOE.
Package: One return flight per year and medical cover.
