ExperienceÛ Sole Chef looking for charter/private yacht position on 30 – 40m Motor or Sailing yachts

Qualifications:
⫰ STCW Basic Safety Training
⫰ ENG1 Medical
⫰ RYA Day Skipper (Tidal)
⫰ RYA VHF Radio (SRC)
⫰ Food Hygiene Level 2
⫰ Marine Cookery Certificate – Leith School (2026)
Cuisine & Skills:
• Italian, French & Mediterranean cuisine
• Fresh seafood, pasta, meats, risotto, ratatouille, healthy meals
• Provisioning & galley management
• Crew + guest meals, vegan, gluten free.
• Cocktails , Wine knowledge
