Job Description
Looking for an experienced Stewardess to join a private 40m sailing yacht ASAP.
📍 Joining in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain
🌊 Cruising Mallorca & Mediterranean
🗓️ Until September / mid-October 2026
💶 Salary: €3,000/month
👥 Crew of 5
Duties include: • Full housekeeping and cabin detailing
• Laundry & interior upkeep
• Table service and guest hospitality
• Managing the interior independently Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working while sailing and genuinely enjoys the sailing yacht lifestyle
• Autonomous, organised and proactive
• Easy-going personality and good team spirit
• Previous sailing yacht experience preferred, ideally with sole stew or strong interior background
