Rotational Chief Stewardess for 70m Private Motor Yacht in Mediterranean with Excellent Package Offered

• Vessel Details:
• An industry-known 70m private motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Rotational Chief Stewardess to join the vessel in the Med from around the 10th September.
• This is an 8:8 rotational position, working opposite the current Chief Stewardess, with the successful candidate expected to commit to the programme for a minimum of one year.
• The yacht offers an excellent package including a competitive salary, training incentives, performance bonuses and medical insurance.

• Position Overview:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large interior team and should be confident managing all areas of the department whilst maintaining consistently high standards.
• This is a hands-on position requiring someone with strong experience in provisioning, working with local agents, and building relationships with suppliers throughout the yacht’s cruising regions.
• The yacht is looking for a Chief Stewardess who remains calm and composed under pressure, can adapt easily to different guest profiles, and understands how to deliver an exceptional onboard experience whilst maintaining a positive interior environment.
• Strong admin and organisation will be essential, alongside the ability to think on your feet and work closely with the Captain and wider crew.

• Requirements:
• Candidates must have proven experience as a Chief Stewardess, with the confidence and leadership ability required to manage a large interior department onboard a yacht of this size.
• Strong experience across all areas of the interior is essential, together with excellent provisioning, administration, organisation and shoreside liaison skills.
• The successful candidate should be positive, energetic and team-focused, with the ability to integrate naturally into the existing crew and contribute positively to morale onboard.
• Candidates must be willing to make a minimum one-year commitment to the vessel.
• You must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand and a B1/B2 visa is considered favourable.
• The package includes a very competitive salary per month (in USD), an 8:8 week rotation, training incentives, performance bonuses and MLC medical insurance.
• Start date: 10th September in the Med.
