Vessel Details:
• A 41m private motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Second Stewardess to join the vessel ASAP!
• Operating a relaxed dual-season programme, the yacht forms part of a professionally managed fleet and offers an excellent work-life balance alongside a stable and supportive onboard environment.
• Based between the Red Sea and Mediterranean, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a programme renowned for its exceptional crew longevity, with senior members of the team having remained onboard for many years (15+ years).
Role Overview:
• This is an all-round Second Stewardess position suited to someone who enjoys working across every aspect of the interior department.
• The successful candidate will support the Chief Stewardess with the day-to-day running of the interior whilst taking an active role in service, housekeeping, laundry, inventories, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Strong cocktail preparation and wine knowledge are particularly important, and the role would suit a confident Stewardess who enjoys taking initiative and maintaining consistently high standards.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience working onboard yachts and be confident operating at Second Stewardess level.
• The yacht is looking for a professional, organised, and personable individual with excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• The package includes a competitive salary (DOE), standard days annual leave with additional discretionary leave at the Captain’s discretion, a 13th-month bonus, full medical and dental cover.
