Sole Chef for 30m+ Private Sailing Yacht

✔️We are currently seeking a Sole Chef to join a 30m+ Private S/Y. Start: ASAP Location: Mediterranean Program: Crossing to the Caribbean for the winter season. Summer in the Mediterranean. Position Type: Permanent. Requirements: • Minimum one years experience on similar sized sailing vessels. • Ideally a background in sailing. • Confident providing the owner with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. • Happy with providing meals for large number of crew during regattas. • Fluent in English. • Non-EU passport holders should have a Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book in hand. Additional Info: • Solid sailing programme with regattas planned for both Caribbean and Mediterranean season. • 6 crew onboard (mixed nationalities). • 30 extra crew onboard when racing. • Salary DOE • Standard MLC SEA.
