Sole Chef for a busy charter yacht in the Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons

✔️PMR Recruitment are searching for a Chef to join a high-performance Sailing Yacht.
The yacht has recently undergone a major refit. The original plan was to sell the vessel, but the owner has now decided to operate it as a busy charter yacht for the remainder of the Mediterranean season, with the potential to continue into the Caribbean season.
There are already two potential charters lined up for August, so they are looking for a confident, capable Sole Chef who can join ASAP and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will have previous yachting experience, be comfortable catering for both owner and charter guests, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Previous sailing yacht experience is highly desirable.
Salary: DOE
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a yacht Chef.
• Sailing yacht experience preferred.
• Confident catering for both owner trips and charter guests.
• Valid STCW and ENG1.
• Available to join ASAP.
