• An 85m+ private and charter motor yacht is currently searching for a Spa Stewardess to join the interior team on a 3:1 rotational program.
• The yacht operates a busy dual-season itinerary, spending the summer cruising the Mediterranean with both owner usage and charter activity, before typically relocating to the Middle East and UAE during the winter season.
• Future plans may also include a potential crossing to the US or Caribbean depending on operational schedules. The position offers a great salary per month on a 3:1 rotation, with charter tips shared equally across the crew.
Role Overview:
• This position combines spa services with housekeeping responsibilities, forming part of a well-structured interior department on a large vessel.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional spa treatments for guests while also supporting the housekeeping team in maintaining the yacht’s interior to a high standard.
• The role would suit a polished, guest-focused individual who is comfortable working in a busy private and charter environment and enjoys being part of a dynamic and collaborative crew.
Requirements:
• Candidates should have professional spa or wellness qualifications and experience providing treatments in a guest-facing environment.
• You must hold a valid Schengen visa in hand to be considered for this role.
• Previous yachting experience is preferred, although strong land-based spa professionals may also be considered if they demonstrate the right attitude and adaptability for yacht life.
