✔️MYyachtcrew was asked to look for a TEMPORARY CREW/SOUS CHEF for a 55m private M/Y
Itinerary: Singapore/Eastern Asia
Start date: ASAP by the end of the month
Location: Singapore or Hong Kong
Duration: 2 months (Boss on mostly)
Requirements:
-STCW 2010, ENG1, Food & Hygiëne level 3 or Ships cook certificate
-Must have at least 3 years experience on similar sized yachts
-Culinary trained ideally, high end restaurant experience would also be welcome.
-Reference checks will be thorough
-You must be passionate about cooking and flavours and be able to cater to a multicultural crew. They want a nice spread. Good food = happy crew.
-We are after an enthousiast team player, a great right hand to the head chef and even be willing to help out on deck if needed. Someone active with a flexible and positive attitude.
-Excellent eye for detail, well organized and cleanliness as priority.
-Male candidates only please due to cabin arrangements.
