Safe navigation and operation of the tender, guest, crew and equipment transfers, docking, mooring and manoeuvring assistance, daily technical and safety checks, refuelling, cleaning and general tender preparation, basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting, completion of operational logs, coordination with yacht crews and shore operations team
