Job Description
✔️We’re recruiting for three large sailing yacht positions:
FIRST MATE | 41M MODERN CLASSIC SCHOONER – SPAIN (IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS)
Refit completion phase in Spain, possible owner’s trip this summer, berth in Vilanova over winter. Upcoming Med/Caribbean with possible regatta participation and charters. Minimum Yachtmaster Offshore. Excellent deck operations, tender driving and navigational skills. At least 3 years on S/Ys. Crew of 6.
FIRST MATE | 55M+ DUAL SEASON CHARTER S/Y – MED (ROTATIONAL 2/2)
July-September (flexible) start. Med/Caribbean program. Chief Mate OOW3000 required. Excellent paperwork, navigation, crew management and sailing skills. 2-3 years on similar size S/Ys. Will manage deckhand and bosun. Crew of 10.
CHIEF ENGINEER | 55M+ DUAL SEASON CHARTER S/Y – MED (ROTATIONAL 2/2)
July-September (flexible) start. Med/Caribbean program. Minimum Y3 required. Excellent maintenance, troubleshooting, hotel systems and hydraulics knowledge. 10+ years experience as a yacht engineer. Will manage second engineer. Crew of 10.
