Job Description
✔️Chef – 24m Commercial Motor Yacht
G-YACHTS is seeking an experienced Chef for a 24-meter commercial motor yacht, expected to be based in Monaco from June / early July.
Immediate availability required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Required Certificates
• STCW Basic Safety Training
• STCW refresher certificates, if applicable
• ENG1 medical certificate
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Food Safety / Hygiene Level 2 minimum
• Ship’s Cook Certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience as Chef on commercial yachts or in high-end hospitality
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
• Able to prepare refined, fresh and well-presented meals for owners and guests
• Confident with provisioning, menu planning, galley organisation and stock control
• Excellent hygiene standards and galley discipline
• Flexible, discreet and able to adapt to owner and guest preferences
Profile
We are seeking a professional and creative Chef capable of managing the galley autonomously while delivering consistent, high-quality cuisine.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Excellent organisation and cleanliness
• Strong presentation and attention to detail
• A calm and adaptable approach
• The ability to work independently in a yacht environment
Fluent English and French required.
Italian would be a strong advantage.
